The 28-Day Kick-Start is your introduction to proper strength & conditioning at Fithub NSW.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll follow a structured training system designed to:
Build full-body strength
Improve conditioning without burning you out
Reduce aches, stiffness, and recurring niggles
Teach you how to train with intent
This is not a “challenge”.
It’s a foundation.
