The 28-Day Kick-Start is your introduction to proper strength & conditioning at Fithub NSW.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll follow a structured training system designed to:

  • Build full-body strength

  • Improve conditioning without burning you out

  • Reduce aches, stiffness, and recurring niggles

  • Teach you how to train with intent

This is not a “challenge”.
It’s a foundation.

Over 28 days, you’ll receive:

3 coached strength & conditioning sessions per week
